#Teachers deserve more

We believe teachers do so much that they deserve more than what is given at the moment. Teachers deal with students and they are human, so they should be treated as one. The system just places students within a certain area but not by their needs or intellect. The system forces teachers to teach immense amounts of students with different needs educationally. As a result of negligence, many students feel that the teachers aren’t doing a good job and this leads to teachers pay being belittled by the system.
